Surprizingly there is a good use for all the cycled and recycled print in the form of flyers, envelopes, brochures etc.
Home owners spend thousands of dollars heating their homes.
I was once a contractor for an insulation firm and the best insulation used was developed from newsprint.
Simply chewed into minute pieces and mixed with a glucose solution the end result was an insulation that never dried out, pest resistant (as they dislike both the taste and texture),'blown' into the attics and walls of a house provides a resistance factor of 28 to 36, depending upon the depth of the material, installed behind a chickenwire form for wall applications as well as blown between the outer and inner wall spaces of the house.
*resistance value is the ability to block hot or cold. for example a single pane of glass is a resistance of 1 as hot and cold can pass easily back and forth.
Cost saving while reducing waste considerably without decreasing the income of the manufactures, printers, delivery services etc while increasing the savings for the user and creating jobs for installers, preperation etc.
