Question about using chamomele tea bags for tincture making?

Almost winter here and all I have are tea bags. Could these, or any variety tea bag be used to make tinctures? Thanks

I don't see why you couldn't use teabags for tincture making but it would be far less expensive to buy the dried herb. Also you should make sure your tea is organic and be sure to remove the herb from the teabag, of course.
