Poultice of Figs

I have never heard the word poultice before so on december 28 2010 I was reading my bible, and I was in the book of Isaiah 38. I read this same chapter days ago, and for some reason I was lead back there to read and came upon verse 21 where Isaiah said "Prepare a poultice of figs and apply it to the boil and he will recover." so of course never seen the word before I got on my laptop and went to the dictionary to find out what the word meant, and I was astonished to see that there were so many poultice used for different things all coming from natural sources from the bible. Well praise be to God. I have used garlic for my sinus infection in the form of a tea because its a natural antibiotic.
