Natural plant oils are used in all the finest, top shelf lotions, massage oils, cosmetics, bath oils, etc. Unfortunatly, most of these high priced oils are also combined with many unnatural substances like fragrances, preservatives and other chemicals.

Below is a list of many natural oils that you can purchase and use for skin moisturizers, massage oils, hair treatments, carrier oils and even oil remedies for skin ailments. As carrier oils they are suberb for mixing with your essential oils, making soaps or any other skin care product. You may even have a few in your pantry right now!

Most are available in the health food section of your grocery store or your local food co-op. Just remember to buy only UNREFINED, COLD PRESSED AND/OR ORGANIC OILS! This will insure that they have all the nutrients and benefits that they started with. Keep in mind that most natural plant oils have a limited shelf life so store them in a cool, dark place and throw them away if they obtain a rancid smell.
