My use of cayenne and benefits: Menstrual cramps - all the way to my knees. Extremely painful, I could barely walk but I went to my kitchen and made a mixture of 1 cup Vaseline , 1 Tbsp cayenne, ½ cup of warm Olive oil and 1 Tbsp fresh minced ginger. I mixed it all together and rubbed it on my leg and ovaries. The pain was starting to dissipate within 20 min. After 2hrs my leg pain was gone. I also, drank 1/2 tsp of cayenne, 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger with very warm previously boiled water. That night before I went to bed I rubbed my ovaries with the mixture and when I woke the next morning all my pain was gone!
