Lemon Balm Salad Dressing is a simple, tasty and healthy way to use this herb.
• 1/4 cup Oil (olive, grapeseed or sunflower oil)
• 1 clove Garlic, crushed
• 1 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
• 1 TBSP Lemon Balm Leaf, chopped
• Combine all ingredients in a blender until liquefied.
• Keep Refrigerated.
