You can try to make an infusion (strong tea) of chamomile, plantain, calendula or any combination of these herbs to either soak your hand or make a poultice.
You can try your local food co-op or the health food section at the grocery store also. They may have a ready made, chemical free, anti-itch cream there or tinctures of any of the above mentioned herbs. A magnesium supplement can also help allergic reactions too if that's what it is. I know it helps with poison ivy rashes!
