I work out and condition my hair at the same time.

Several times a week I go to the gym. I generally start my workout with a 5 minute session in the dry sauna. Lately I found I can apply jojoba oil to my hair, put it in a ponytail and head for the gym. It's not messy, no oil running down my face and my hair and body get conditioned. When I get home I just wash my hair and voila! Works for me.
