I use Solomon's Seal for my knee & neck pain

I have arthritis in my knee, and also develop a very sore neck after certain activities. I have tried many over the counter products with no real results. I started doing some research on natural products, and discovered Solomons Seal is very good for muscular, and skeletal problems. I ordered the herb and made some salve. I used it for a very short time with awesome results. I also gave some to a friend who has a lot of problems with her right arm. She informed me it helped her with fantastic results. Anybody with similar problems should give Solomons's Seal a try. From my experience this is a very awesome herb!!!!!

Solomon's Seal Salve

Would you mind explaining how you made the salve, please. I have made salves before but not with Solomon's Seal or other roots and can't find anything on the I'net which explains the process.

Do you use fresh root, that's what I have growing?
How fine does the root need to be chopped?
Do you use the double boiler method, or sit it in the sun for four weeks?
If using the double boiler method, how long did you heat it for?

I presume that after straining the root out, you would have added the beeswax and waited until it melted and then jar it.
