I was having flu like symptoms, chills, congestion, fatigue and I decided to try the celtic salt flush. I took one tspn of celtic salt and stirred it into a glass of room temp water. This was also done on an empty stomach. In about 30-40 mins I had a laxative effect and it was obviously eliminating some nasty toxins from my body. I began to feel better almost immediately! I should also mention that after I drank the celtic salt flush, I drank a cup of hot water with a tbspn of apple cider vinegar and I also took a tbspn of honey by itself. I feel like a million bucks!
