How to Make a Mustard Plaster

by dawnzlight

This is a short video that shows me making a mustard pack for treating chest congestion.

What you need: 1 cup flour, hot water, 2 tablespoons dry mustard and a cloth.

Mix flour and mustard well, add enough hot water to make a spreadable paste. Spread paste across clean towel and fold.

Lay the plaster across your chest for about 20 minutes or until the congestion breaks.
