When growing chamomile in warmer climates, the herb will bloom almost the entire year, and it can be started by the roots or by seeds. Chamomile is a beautiful and useful flowering herb for your garden!
Chamomile really is quite easy to grow. I bought a starter plant a couple of years ago and it gets bigger and better every year. It's growing well in pretty much unamended soil in a full sun location. It reseeds itself and now I have a nice sized patch of it. I live in Minnesota so it really is hardy!
