Food Remedies for Acid Reflux

Natural remedies for acid reflux as presented by the Health Ranger, Mike Adams. Vinegar, celery juice, lemon and more for GERD?

Other acid reflux remedies you could try are:

Baking Soda - Try mixing 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Drink up and I think you'll be surprised at how well it works! (not for people on low sodium diets though)

Apple Cider Vinegar - Mix about 1 tablespoon ACV in a glass of room temperature water. Usually works great for any type of indigestion and has other benefits as well.

Calcium - Try a calcium carbonate supplement. Did you know that's the active ingredient in those colorful, chewable, over the counter antacid tablets. That's not all you're getting though. Read the ingredients sometime!
