This is a great video. I have been doing eye excercises for quite some time. I worked with a gal who has very poor vision, and she used these very similar eye excercises. Since we were on the computer much of our work time my eyes would become very tired, and blurry. She taught me how to do them, and they are great. To get the full benefit from them you should do them every day. I do them when I am reading a book, and my eyes become tired, and blurry. I can see much better after performing just a few of them.
