EPSOM SALT FOR FEET - Do an epsom salt soak for your tired dogs! Used frequently it will help with foot and toenail fungus also. Add 1/2 cup to a tub big enough to cover your feet and soak away.
EPSOM SALT BATH - Ease sore muscles and detox at the same time. Add 2 cups epsom salts to your bathwater and soak for 20 minutes. For a more luxurious bath add 5-7 drops lavender essential oil to the salt or the full tub. Relax and enjoy! An epsom salt bath will help body acne and eczema also.
For THIN HAIR combine 50/50 with conditioner and work into hair. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.
EXFOLIATE - Mix with your choice of natural plant oils and rub over damp skin to exfoliate.
EPSOM SALT FOR CONSTIPATION - Take 2-4 teaspoons dissolved in water up to twice a day. For children ages 6-12 take 1-2 teaspoons.
