Cure Frequent Headaches With Peppermint Tea

I fully support the idea of using therapy tea as home remedies. For myself, peppermint tea has helped me to cure my frequent headaches problems and I hope to share the tea recipe that I am using.

If you are also suffering from frequent headaches, then try out the following recipe for a week and you will be impressed.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of dried peppermint leaves

  • 2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of bee pollen

  • A cup of boiling water


Directions
Stir the peppermint leaves and bee pollen into the boiling water. Allow 10 minutes for tea to settle. Add the honey or maple syrup into the tea and stir. Allow another 5 minutes for tea to settle and drink.

Try out the delicious drink and see the effects for yourself!

Peppermint helps to ease nausea and vomiting caused by frequent headaches. It can also help to control stress, which is one of the major headache triggers.

Bee pollen has many other health benefits and vitamins not found in our everyday diet. It helps to build up our body resistance and hence to reduce the frequent headaches caused by sinus problems, etc.

Try taking a cup of peppermint tea every morning before work. Trust me, you will love its effects!
