The Natural List of Acne Remedies

There's many home remedies you can try to keep your complexion clear. Acne can be a troublesome skin disorder and the cause could be one of many. It could be a simple vitamin deficientcy, a hormonal imbalance, stress, a build-up of toxins in the body or a plethora of other factors.

Here's some things to help fight acne pimples and other skin disorders:

  • ACIDOPHILUS - Taking acidophilus or probiotics daily helps improve digestion which in turn helps keep your skin clear.

    • ALOE VERA - Pure aloe vera is great for your skin. Use directly from the plant or make sure you purchase all natural aloe vera gel without added coloring or chemicals.
    • IODINE - Apply a drop of iodine tincture or Betadine to facial blemishes every night before bed. You may even want to look into taking an iodine supplement.
