I make this for my kids after they've been playing outside in the winter. It's something they love and it makes me feel good because I know it's healthy. Just heat some milk on the stove, pour into cups then add a cinnamon stick. Cover the cup and let steep for a few minutes and add a teaspoon of honey. The kids love it and it warms them up in a hurry!
