Celtic sea salt for sinus problems

I've found that celtic sea salt in my neti pot is more soothing to my sinus's than anything else I've tried. I use 1/4 teaspoon sea salt dissolved in 1 cup (or one neti pot) of warm water and it works wonders. It is far better than the prepackaged stuff!
