Cayenne pepper healing is a fiery way to spice up your health! It is one of the most stimulating herbs known to man. Cayenne pepper or capsicum has amazing healing powers that have been around for thousands of years but seems to be overlooked as a natural medicine in the midst of the big pharmaceutical drug push.

As mentioned above, cayenne pepper is a very potent stimulant. It's a great tonic for the whole body as it increases blood flow, has antibacterial properties, is a natural pain reliever and promotes the secretion of important digestive enzymes. It is said to control blood pressure while strengthening the heart, arteries, capillaries and nerves.
Cayenne Pepper Healing can be used to treat the following ailments:
CAYENNE PEPPER FOR ARTHRITIS PAIN - SORE MUSCLES - SPRAINS - RHEUMATIC PAINS
Use a cayenne pepper poultice, compress, cream or liniment on painful area as well as taking internally. (homemade linament recipe below)
To use cayenne internally just use 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder in a glass of water. Mix well and drink! I'd start with no more than 1/8 teaspoon and see how that works.

HOW TO FIND AND USE CAYENNE PEPPER AS A HOME REMEDY
You'll find cayenne pepper is available in many forms;
- As a powder (in your spice cabinet)
- As a capsule, softgel or tablet at your local health food store or Co-op.
- Cayenne Pepper tincture or liquid
- In ointments or creams
- And as a fresh or dried herb
USING CAYENNE PEPPER HEALING INTERNALLY
The easiest way is obviously going to be taking a pill but you can easily make a cayenne pepper tea if you happen to have some in your pantry. Simply add anywhere from 1/4 to 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water. This is guaranteed to get your blood flowing! You may notice a little steam coming out of your ears also!!
You can alway purchase or make a tincture that could be used both inside the body and out. To use internally mix 5-10 drops in a cup of hot water.
Some like it hot! Reap the health benefits cayenne pepper can produce by spicing up your cooking. Add it to mexican or cajun dishes, soups & stews, meat sauces, cheese & egg dishes, goulash and casseroles, fish or vegetables. Get creative!
USING CAYENNE PEPPER HEALING EXTERNALLY
There's several ways to apply capsicum for external use.
1. You can make a strong tea or infusion and dip a clean piece of cotton in the hot brew then apply as a compress.
2. You can make a poultice with the powdered herb.

3. Purchase a natural ointment with capsicum as an ingredient or a cayenne pepper tincture.
4. Learn how to make your own liniment! Wonderful stuff to have around if you're prone to lots of aches and pains.
Here's a couple recipes:
- HOMEMADE CAYENNE PEPPER LINIMENT
Add 1 tablespoon cayenne to 1 pint of apple cider vinegar. Boil gently for 10 minutes. Pour unstrained contents into a bottle and use externally as needed. This is a great remedy for arthritic pains!
- HOMEMADE HOT PEPPER OIL
Add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne to about 1 cup of a warm natural plant oil such as grapeseed or olive oil. Mix well and apply to painful areas. (This could be one "hot" massage oil too!)
I have only one more hot pepper tip for you that's unusual but works!
CAYENNE PEPPER FOR COLD FEET - Sprinkle some cayenne pepper in your socks when you have to be outside in the cold. The increased circulation to your feet will keep them warm!
