Cayenne Pepper for Arthritis

Ease arthritic joints with a simple cayenne pepper plaster! Mix 3 tablespoons flour with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper. Add just enough water to make a paste. Layer a piece of cloth, smear on the plaster, fold the cloth to cover the plaster and apply to your aching joints. Leave on until the skin reddens and feels very warm. This can greatly reduce pain and inflammation.
