Please, Please do not dump any beeswax, or even rinse water with beeswax in it. This goes for doing a cleanup after making salve, when cleaning your pans, etc.
The beeswax will ruin a domestic septic system, and worst case, plug your sewer lines.
To properly clean a stainless steel, glass, or other container that has had beeswax in it, just warm up on the stove, oven, etc, just enough to melt the wax. Then, using a paper towel with cooking oil on it, just wipe the beeswax up, and dispose of the paper towel by any other means than flushing it.
There'll be a whole bunch of folks that will be glad you've cleaned up this way.
