I use the same ingredients as above for my smoothies, except I never use water. I always use plain yogurt, as it is not as sweet as other yogurts. I buy the frozen fruit, and put some in a dish then sprinkle a little stevia on them. I put them in the refrigerator to unthaw. I do this in the evening so they are ready in the morning for a wonderful smoothie. Avocados are very good also in this recipe. The greens go great with the fruit. I am going to try to find some good carrot juice to try instead of using yogurt all the time. I feel more energized after drinking a delicious smoothie. I also make only what I am going to consume in a short time. There are alot of options we just have to use our imaginaton.
