I had 3 weeks of severe gout. I took apple cider vinegar , baking soda in water daily also turmeric mixed with ginger powder and fenugreek powder. Half a teaspoon of each in water mixed together twice daily. Also plenty of water. 3 cups of coffee per day and cherry juice. This helped but I also took a nsaid which took 4 days to kick in. Colchicine was no good at all.
