ALIVE Multivitamin & Minerals

I've been searching for years to find a good multivitamin and thought I'd let you know that I finally found one I'm impressed with.

As you may or may not know many (most) vitamins do not get absorbed properly because they simply don't dissolve. Try putting your vitmain in a glass of water and if it doesn't dissolve in a relatively short period of time it's a waste of money! I tried this with the Alive vitamin and it dissolved quickly. Score one!
