a wasp bite

My mum got bitten by a wasp she said it was a diamond body shape. She said it started to burn. This happened ten mouths ago, her poor body going though hell. It started to bubble, it would pop, leaking then it starts bleeding. It's really giving her grief. We tried rash cream, doctors, chemist, nothing working for her. The rash is all over her body please please help me.
