A Natural No-Cook Cough Syrup

Here's an easy recipe for a natural immune boosting syrup that will fight colds, coughing and the flu. Best part is there is no cooking involved and it's ready in 4 - 12 hours depending on how warm it is in your home!
A sterile glass jar and lid,
Chopped organic onion,
Chopped organic garlic,
Chopped organic ginger,
And dehydrated cane juice. (You cannot substitute this ingredient!)
Add a layer of onion, garlic and ginger until your jar is 1/4 full. Add the dehydrated cane juice (usually sold as organic sugar) until the jar is half full. Now start over with layers of onion, garlic and ginger until the jar is 3/4 full. Top off with dehydrated cane juice.
Seal the jar and simply wait for the cane juice to rehydrate and absorb all the medicinal properties of the herbs. The warmer your house the faster this will happen but once done you'll have your own immunity boosting syrup! This syrup will keep in your refrigerator for 6 months to a year.
You can leave the herbs right in the jar if you like and use a clean spoon to press them down. Take a teaspoon or two as needed. Take several times a day when fighting a virus or infection. Wholesome, natural medicine made by you!
